Package Your Gear
Securely pack the electronics in their original box with all included cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
